This event is all about raising funds for Crush Cancer!
Proceeds go to CHI St Vincent Foundation for Clinical Cancer Research
Putting contest will be held between holes 18 & 1. $5 for 2 chances to make a putt for a great prize!
Registration includes:
Treat Bag and bottled water
Chance to win a custom fitted putter for a Hole in One on #16 sponsored by Village Golf & Physical Therapy
Prizes for closest to the pin on all par three’s and closest to the line (both women and men).
Chance to win $5,000 for a Hole in One on #8 sponsored by Clampitt’s.
Lunch including a hamburger or grilled chicken sandwich with trimmings, potato wedges, a brownie, and tea/water. There will also be a special drink available for purchase.

There will be tickets to purchase for raffle prizes and a 50/50 drawing as well as silent auction items!
Early registration deadline is Friday, May 15th at 9 pm.
Late Registration deadline is Thursday, May 28th at 9 pm.
