WGA Social League Golf Sign Up Instruction


Ways to Sign Up 

1. Go to our website www.hsvwgasl.org. Go to "Events & Schedules". Select "I Want To Play" . Then click and fill out the “Online Sign Up Form”. 

a. If you and another person wish to golf together, you both must request to be paired together. 

b. You may request a certain time or indicate “no preference”. 


Cancellation Policy 

1. You may cancel anytime prior to the scheduled play date,  up until the cancellation cutoff of 9:00 AM on Tuesday prior to the scheduled play date.  Go to "Events & Schedules". Select "I Want To Play" . Then select "I signed up to play but need to: Cancel".  

2. If you are canceling after 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday prior to the scheduled play date, please call the course pro shop, tell them to cancel you and to replace your POA# with the Social League number. Then please e-mail pairing co-chairs at hsvwgasl@gmail.com and let them know that you have cancelled. 


Deadline for Sign Up 

9:00 AM on Thursday for the following week


Late Sign Up 

1. If you forgot to sign up or missed the deadline, email the Pairings Co-Chairs at hsvwgasl@gmail.com.   


Guests Are Welcome

1. Provide POA number and name. 

2. Non property owner – give name only.


Pace of Play 

1. Pace should be: one hour on 5th hole; 2 hours at the turn; 3 hours on 14th hole.

2. If you can’t see the group in front of you, skip a hole or tee off from the 150 yard marker. You need to pick up your pace.
